I’ve been trying to get in short 10 min workouts after meals to lower glucose levels and this was just perfect (even after eating)! Thank you and hope to see more like this!!!

Just found you and love the 10 min exercises. I can easily do 2-3 10 min ones vs a 30 min for some reason I can keep going another 10 min

Love your workouts when i feel lazy but want to move my body. They get my heart rate up just enough.
But i wish you’d make a series of no music workouts

When I first saw the idea of a 'walking workout', I must admit that I thought it sounded boring, even though I love walking, haha. However, I enjoyed this video and found it fun! I've done a few of your workouts now and appreciate that they're truly beginner friendly. :)
