The way you describe classes like "Assassin vs Fighter" is quite primitive. Riot's categorisation, classifications and design parameters that come with it are actually very clear so you should go with them.
Assassin is a class. True. "Fighter" is not. Skirmishers, Juggernauts and Divers are technically all "fighters" yet they are different classes with different design parameters and different base stats.
Once you understand the definition of classes it becomes pretty clear that Yone is a Skirmisher. Nothing more, nothing less. Doesn't really matter how you build him.
Ironically the champion whose image you are using (Irelia) is not the same class as Yone. She is not a Skirmisher. She's a Diver. Same class as Renekton: that's why a fed Irelia always feels unkillably tanky. She has base stats of a Diver.

People get so confused with champion classes when it's actually very clearly defined and well explained. You can always immediately tell what class a champion is without hesitation, if you understand classes. (exceptions might be "unique champs" if you don't specifically know that they are unique. examples: Cho, Singed, Gnar)

edit: it even leads to confusion when explaining fights with Yone. In the clip where Curtis just goes in at Dragon and gets stunned and killed immediately, he says: "Don't just go in like that. Think of yourself as an assassin." I'm sorry but NO. An Assassin - like Zed, Talon etc - actually has the tools in their kit to make it work! They can just go in, pop someone and then get out or stall for team to follow up. Because they are assassins.
But you don't want to play like that as Yone because Yone is not an assassin. Yone is a Skirmisher who excels at, well, skirmishes: meaning drawn out fights where he can get off as many auto attacks and skill rotations as possible, beatng the enemy with attrition over time.
This is not Yone specific. It's class specific. You are not in a rush when playing a skirmisher.

I mean - two clips later he completely runs it down and then says: this situation is not in Yone's wheelhouse. It's not his identity. This is more something that a Fizz or LB can do. Not Yone. Yeah, no shit! Almost like those are Assassins and Yone is NOT! Stop telling people to "think of Yone as an Assassin"...

I really like the matchup guide, but I think there should be more emphasis put onto the fact that some elements are clickable. I read through basically all of the guide before noticing the box that says that the elements are clickable.

Im play only Yone and i can say when I play vs good Viktor I always need TP and in low Elo ignite 😂. Soooo true when your vs better player some matchups are really hard

Hello, What about sylas for the champion pool plus a range mage? Which range mage you suggest? It’s because I think sylas and Yone have many similarities and know more than ever must because I think both can be build like assassins or bruiser/tanks

Sylas is favourable, Yasuo is game dependant, and there should be no way that you can play around the tanky build, Yone is that kind of champion that needs to stay 100% crits most of his time (which is pretty nice that he can achieve it quickly compared to everyone)
