I'm going to make, a German style strudel, pastry filling:
you chop apples into, 1cm cubes, roughly. Add to a bowl then add, butter brown sugar, and raisins or sultanas, and I think cinnamon. Too. That filling is basically German strudel filling, it would taste nice in these amazing pastry creations, you have down to a fine art. I noticed after you learn your pastry making technique the hardest thing is thinking of what delicious filling to make to fill these work of arts, your vid is good value, thanks for sharing the knowledge. 👌.

A good way to save dough on the expensive jams at the store is ti substitute jelled cranberry sauce for the perfect treats. And goes well with toast and butter or even peanut butter sandwiches.

Tomato paste, bacon batons and mozzarella, or fish paste, tiny strips of smoked salmon and very small pieces of cooked prawns, with a little parmesan? The first is from 4-ingredients, by Kim McCosker, the other 2 are my variations.
