Hi! I can't get it working, I want it to open at Opera GX browser, writing the command as
# c.NotebookApp.browser = ''
c.NotebookApp.browser = '"C:\Users\hp\AppData\Local\Programs\Opera GX\opera.exe" %s'
but it still gets opened in Edge

Just change your default browser of your pc. Jupyter Notebook will automatically open the default
