I recorded my voice. The Audio circle shows up but does not play with the video. Plays on it's own but when I click on the video the original audio is there?

Hi was was wondering what software can I use to do a voice over. What I am trying to do is interpret simultanously while the speaker is talking. Its a short video and I need to Interpret what the speaker is saying at the same time. Although you see the original speaker but Its my voice speaking over them, so that spanish speakers will know and understand. This normally happens when you watch a movie and you want to hear it in spanish or another language. Is there a way I can do this with canva?
