ОтветитьThis is so wonderful! I haven't done much dynamic stretching and I love it! I've added this into my daily stretches for the past few weeks and what a nice extra bit of stretching to have daily! Many, many thanks again for all that you do for all of us!

ОтветитьHi Mike, This is a lovely routine but unfortunately after you say the words "let's get into it" the sound gets almost totally muted. I don't quite understand this as the beginning is fine. I wonder if anyone else has mentioned this? If there is nothing to be done I'll just follow on as I watch you! It's not critical so don't worry about it. Was only curious if it is just me that is having problems. Have a wonderful day. xx Eve

ОтветитьI love starting my day with this dynamic stretching routine and then following it with the Hips or Lower Back exercises. I'm increasing my flexibility and even more importantly, my alignment! Thank you Mike, best exercises for those starting out or with injuries. Also appreciate the pace, deep breaths and calmness throughout.

ОтветитьThe standing package of 8/30 exercises is wonderful. This one ended with dynamic stretches. I totally enjoy all your stretches, and do all 3 prescribed ones (AM, 4 EVERY DAY, PM), but I especially enjoy the dynamic ones because I can readily feel that I'm exercising as well...Anastasia
