Restoring History! Office Update at 301 Merrimon Street - Reuniting with Kim's Oriental Legacy

Join Brandon for another update on 301 Merrimon! As many locals know, the old condemned space that we are renovated, used to be a busy market called Kim's Oriental.

Kim, the original owner, has since moved locations but we had the opportunity to meet her son Peter and his girlfriend Liz. Liz contacted Brandon when she learned that Red Tree had purchased the space. Liz and Peter have been trying to get the original Kim's Oriental sign for years.

We were so excited to hear from Liz and were honored to meet them. In this video, we get to hear from Peter about his memories of growing up with his mom and sister running the original market. We were happy to give them back the original sign!
