Alina makes skating look like childs play. The amount of time it took to get there is ridiculous, but thats what dedication and Gold medals take, total giving.

I got a feeling that Daniil Gleikhengauz was really inspired by rhythmic gymnast and Olympic champion Margarita Mamun, who people also called "The Bengal Tigress". For Alina's Olympic short program Daniil chose soundtracks from movie «Black Swan», Margarita's winning Olympic ribbon routine was also «Black Swan». Interesting parallels.

I wouldn't mind the animal print alone. But then they added this choreo on top of it. So the entire programme feels Inappropriate for her age.

I don't have a problem with women expressing themselves and wearing whatever they please, but Eteri's girls have no say in their costumes or music choices. So this isn't Alina expressing herself. This is a girl being sexualized.

Wow this was absolutely amazing! She is so talented at such a young age! I actually don't find the outfit inappropriate at all, I actually think people need to stop finding faults in things that are absolutely amazing and antagonizing people who are probably really stressed for and loving towards the skater herself.

Am I the only one who really enjoys this music, the choreography, the costume (tho I agree it could’ve been a little less revealing). It makes me realize she’s totally in her element, just like a feline on the ice. The ponytail I think really adds to it and makes her look super edgy and flexible - I love ittt. You can tell she is enjoying it much more than her red ballerina (tho its hard to compare the 2 programs cause that one’s for competition) it just fits her style better.

Those with talent never feel the need to sacrifice class. It doesn't matter the level. Coaches don't give routines like this to gold medalist-worthy skaters because they don't need more attention. They already have it. She clearly didn't think she would win and neither did her coach or her parents. So they picked something that would bring attention to her. It's sad. She was all alone when she found out she won the gold. Someone should have put her worth above THIS. Her parents should have said, "She is a contender and when she wins we want something SO STUNNING it will be non-refutable that our little girl is the best damn skater in the world." Now people will remember her as 'the little girl that barely won and did a kinda trashy exhibition routine'. It isn't fair to her.

are people bloody serious????????!!!!!!!!! this choreography and music were pure GOLD!!!!!! So unique, innovative, original ! Just brilliant!!!!!!! If you associate everything with sex, thats your problem. This skate was a freaking work of ART! The best i've EVER seen, just because of how original it was! Some of you need to crawl into a cave and stay there with you cavemen minds!

This costume, choreography is in appropriate for 15 year old child. What kind of creep did this to this child?
Is this the extent of supporting parents?
Supporting parents at very young age is not a very legit thing. This child should not sacrifice Her physical, mental health and honor. Are authorities blind? They just let skaters show case any crap? Please maintain the dignity of the sport. Its not a circus.

I don’t think this was inappropriate. I thought it was fabulous. It was a gala performance and she wowed the crowd. Almost had a flawless performance. Incredible.

Maybe the program was suppose to be enchanting and about self expression etc...but I don't think it was a good idea getting a 15 year old to perform to it. It's exposing her to creeps out there that think it's sexy to see a unique performance. At the end of the day, whether people shouldn't think sexual, the program CAN come across as sensual and I would think who ever chose this music would be more respectful to a 15 year olds image. If she wanted to be a tiger, she could have skated to lion king or something.

This is entirely inappropriate for her age. I'm sure girls want to do that, but this is a terrible look for the adults in her life that allow her or encourage her to do this. You might as well call them what they are at this point, pimps.

Why didn't she do this program in the Olympics? She'd beaten 2nd place by 40 points instead. Very talented.

i think her outfit is way too much for a 15 year old, but she's technically incredible, her landings are a little heavy sometimes but that's because she has more power in her jumps than she can handle yet.

I do love russian skaters but I don't understand at all this choreography...I just found it weird and irrelevant...that's a pity...
