I had been with T-mobile for years, but cancelled in August 2023. I have had to call customer service for the last 2 months since cancelling, because I keep getting billed! Each time they tell me not to worry it’s taken care of, and it won’t happen again, but it keeps happening. It’s a nightmare. I will never do business with T-Mobile again, at any price.

South Hillsborough County (Tampa), Florida has had a dead zone with T-Mobile service for 30 YEARS! THAT's how concerned the company is about service quality and/or fixing service issues. For me the company is no-way, no-chance. Ever.

Currently, I have T Mobile. I've been with them for 10 years so far. I had two issues with my sim card. I had a sim card issue recently (no service) and while the sellers there was helping me with replacing my sim card, I noticed two other customers come in after for similar issues. One customer said that, their phone indicates that their service was suspended and the other said that, they also have no service. This similar issue happened to my parents when, they had Metro PCS (owned by T Mobile). This is one heck of a coincidence.

And they are scamming their own customers

T Mobile is not a honest company in my opinion. They give false info to make sales

I’m an army vet I’ve had Verizon and TMobile and I hv to say I’ve been on TMobile for the past 5 yrs and yes they do get hacked sometimes but the hackers hasn’t gotten far enough into the system to still ppls info so far they are upping their security and hv been great to deal with I absolutely love TMobile the customer service is top notch and I usually hate cs but that’s because I’ve always been treated like trash for a 2 phone plan on the military max and home internet I pay like $110/mo I was paying over $160 at Verizon with the worst cs I’ve ever seen and being a vet ppl usually treat me better so if that’s the case Verizon is out there kicking there customers in the crouch and taking there wallets

Hmmm interesting, I disagree with the 4g pick on Verizon over Tmobile, because if you look at numbers the difference is only about 10% which is very very little n minimum. In other hands Tmobile has a 5g coverage which is massively bigger than Verizon n att.
I'm a current ATT user.
So I think I will try Tmobile, because the 4g diff between Verizon n Tmobile is probably un noticeable

T-Mobile is more cheaper than AT&T do not switch. Do not go with AT&T third the higher higher expensive company and they like to take peoples money they don’t offer unlimited. Our plans are used at AT&T way long time ago AT&T pay when you once you go over the limit of your data they add $15 each month for the Ford add another gig and ain’t that’s why I switched to T-Mobile they have it everything unlimited.

I've been with T-Mobile January 24th for 26 years I have not had a problem and just like I'm loyal to Royal Caribbean I'm loyal to T-Mobile and I still have a grandfather plan and its excellent. It is a bummer about the promotions for new phones however there is a get around. Before John the former CEO of T-Mobile he gave out his email and I emailed him to you hook me up with the executive team and anything that I want I get so sorry can't agree but I get it to each his own🤔😉

T mobile is a horrible company
Their sales reps lie about final costs of products and services. When you get confused and ask why your bill is higher than expected they say “oh i will fix it” but they never fix it. Month after month this run around happens until they finally admit that they lie to get good customer reviews. Then they blame you for calling and complaining!!! They must be paying off the better business bureau. Awful company!!

I used to work Tmobile’s insurance company and that company is nothing but a scam. They refuse to live up to their end of the contracts they have with their customers. They would refuse to authorize repairs for repairable phones and tell the customer to either get a new phone or take a ferry to a different state to access the repair they were promised when they purchased insurance.

Just found this out yesterday..I went to the T-MOBILE store to pay my bills and they charged me a fee on top of my bills because I'm paying it in the store.. then if you called T-Mobile customer service to pay your bills they will charge you again another fee on top of you bills because you talked to a person. IS THIS A NEW SCAM OF WIRELESS CORPORATION 😭😭😭💔💔💔

Right now I have the essential plan can I switch to go5gplus for 1 month just to trade in my iPhone XR for $800 and get the iPhone 14 and switch back to essential plan?

With my discount code through my employer my plan on T-Mobile would be 76 dollars total. Verizon doesn’t have discount so it would be just over 90 dollars after taxes

If you have a business plan is reason number 5. The business service is sooooo juvenile and unsupported.

Reason number 5. They insist on you giving them your social security number. No one does that anymore. Combine that with TMobile having the highest incidents of being hacked ... Don't do it!

Any tech company can be, and will be, hacked. There is no such thing as internet security and the only way to prevent a cyber attack is to not give the device internet access. No matter how expensive and great a firewall system may be, all they can do is delay an attack and not for very long. Someone who knows what they are doing will not need much time to get past that firewall.

At&T and Verizon have also been hacked with millions of users information stolen. Google, Facebook, Twitter, and banks have even been hacked as well as many others. Using anything that stores the user database on a system with internet access will most likely be hacked at some point. Your laptop/desktop, and phone, can also be hacked while it has internet connection. This is a risk you are taking when using such services, and is the nature of the beast.

The hackers wanting to steal user information will most likely go after the big fish and get exactly what they are after. They generally will not waste their time with just one device unless that device belongs to an important person.

I'll give you a fourth reason. When you move to another carrier they will bill you for a whole month after your account is terminated. T-Mobile is nothing but a bunch of thieves and swindlers.

been using t-mobile since 2003. any issue I've had is fixed easily.

Tmoble is the number 1 5G for me. The rest other is garbage 4G.

I pay $126 a month on highest plan with 3 phones and a watch. I just checked with AT&T and they said $168 + taxes and fees. In my area AT&T has much better coverage. Still thinking of changing.

I now use AT&T via Boost Mobile and speed here in Kew Gardens, Queens NY. Speed and voice plus data and text is excellent for the past 4 months after 8 years on Metro By T-Mobile.

I always have to reset my Wifi anytime I have to update a game or app on my pc. This is absolutely the WORST internet provider you can possibly choose. The SIM cards they give you mostly have bug issues and quit working WAY to often

Trash t mobile they over charged me for 3 years to 4 then tried to over charge me again and when I mentioned why i was (NOT) credited when it was discovered i was being over charge they put a hold on my business phone number so I switched to Verizon now trash mobile is try to charge me 1000 dollars from don't know where and have debt collectors calling my number lol 😂😂😂 ok👌let's go to court so I can prove my case trash mobile?????

I mean if you're grandfathered into a phone contract or whatever just do smart thing at tax time buy you a phone and upgrade every year every two every three whatever the case maybe problem solved

Well I have T-Mobile and I pay less than $100 for three lines but I'm also grandfathered-in so they can't change my plan all I do is buy phones outright at Best Buy

Dont ever go to a T mobile store to get a phone you will get screwed I returned the phone the next day and I'm being billed 150.00 for a phone I returned and a service I never used they are a fraud they don't help you TMobile is garbage

I strongly recommend going elsewhere. They'll charge for service not requested. The personal guarantee means nothing, so record all conversations! I will be making a video. You will hear straight-up fraud, lies, and just unbelievably discussing behavior.

T-Mobile sucks. They are more focused on lgbtqlmnop agenda & not on making their services better.

Dont forget the merged with crappy Customer Service sprint.....and its starting to show. Been with them 15yrs....not so sure im pleased anymore.
