the furthest i went was ios 7 on my 4s, then i kept it on that until the 7 came out bc everyone was complaining about it being slow on ios 8.

iOS 6 is the more polished.

What Apple did to iPhone 4s with iOS 7 and later shouldn’t be legal. They actually killed the phone that people paid 700$ to buy just 2 years after release.

in conclusion, ios 9 is the slowest with everyday tasks, ios 6 is the slowest in gaming performance

IOS 6 is the best IOS ever

For speed, iOS 6 and 7 would be the best experience.
For apps however, you would want iOS 7 or 8.
Yeah more apps may work on iOS 9 but its not worth it.

My iphone came with iOS 8
