Hello Madam!! Can rectocele present like a polyp protruding outside the Vagina? There is one such patient, with complaints of something coming out per vaginum on examination it was like the posterior vaginal wall has prolapsed out with all its rugae, not like a cyst but like a prolapsed rectocele? Will rectocele repair suffice?
