So the EPOE ends can only be used with EPOE cameras or can you use a regular POE switch for Regular poe cameras?

I need to power a 60w PTZ camera 200 meters away.

May I use LR1002 to connect the A side to Router and the B side to Poe switch so i can transfer IP camera? The Coaxial cable its about 50 meters.
