ОтветитьI have that fragile mindset. One of my number one phobias is self-injury while training, and I avoided exercises with barbells and heavy weight on knees. It's been a long belief that has probably served me well, but I've been getting into barbell squats and while I do try not to think about the risks, I probably don't train as hard as I should to avoid injury.
ОтветитьCould you please rate EMS training? A lot of my clients seem to think it gives them the results that I think they got from working out in the gym. It empties their pockets but i dont think the results are worth the money.

ОтветитьI had to take cold showers for almost a year, not because i wanted, but because i had no choice, it was horrible and i can't put on my mind that people subject to that on purpose.

On Diet soda.
I don't drink either version now.
What I realised is that most of the time I just want something cold, wet and fizzy - it doesn't need to be sweet. So I just have soda water or sparkling mineral water.
Side note: one summer I got into the habit of having 2 cans of regular Coke everyday, and after a few weeks I started getting the absolute worst f**king cramps imaginable - back and legs. F that sh!t. Literal poison.
On training to failure.
I think the value lies in learning where that point is for you.
Once you can feel that, you can get the last full rep possible.
I don't get stuck under a bench press anymore, but still manage to get plenty of just-squeezed-out final reps.
All good except the last part. Filming in the gym is just annoying maybe for you guys there is an exception but tiktokers and instagramers can get lost.

Ответитьguys i support cold showers and semen retention, over masturbation while using port, it might reduce hypertrophy, if the timing is optimal it can have borh physical and mental benefits, and semen retention, even if it woulnt raise ur testosterone, which it does, its much better for motivation and general mental state to abstinate, i have a huge problem controlling my masturnation habits and i would advise anyone to at least try if theyre capable of abstinating

It's not that I disagree with the explanation(s) given. It's just that I feel like I'm getting a similar amount of value out of each respective theme. In both instances there's potentially a bit of information to learn, but it's ultimately slightly less educational, more entertainment focused.
It's honestly surprising and a bit refreshing watching two completely jacked guys who have all the muscle to back up their claims state that "1g of protein per lb of bodyweight" is more more than enough to build muscle for most people.

ОтветитьGyms are not public. They are not owned by a government or municipality. There is public access, but you indeed need a membership or explicit permission to enter those premises and use their services. Therefore, a gym is private, and if the gym deems filming is not allowed. Then they posses the power to stop rendering their services and cut ties with your membership.
It’s crazy that even a doctor couldn’t determine the difference between public and private.

ОтветитьI don't agree at all with the basic training principle approach to natty v enhanced lifters.... I've seen a lot of enhanced guys get jacked with minimal compound movements... Compound movements are about the only hormone advantage a natty can manipulate with that endocrine response of more test and gh being dumped with more muscles activated in a single movement... I'm not these two.... But is that not a proven study?

ОтветитьIf you can Successfully lift a weight in the gym...why would your body need to change? Hint- your body doesn't want to put on more muscle than it needs to survive. Grab a spotter..do negatives and train to failure..but also Listen to your body (you won't be able to do this every time you walk into the gym).
ОтветитьI think you missed a few major reason why we hate filming in gym.
1. The culture of people making fun of others just trying to workout and mind their own business, or complaining that someone walked through their shot like they own the place.
2. The people filming think they have the right to monopolise equipment for ages. Playing on their phones more than lifting.
3. It's indicative of the "look at me" generation, who are desperate for attention and are just plain irritating.
