ОтветитьSo glad you are here. During 2020 I had a herniated disc and by the time I finally got to the orthopedist for treatment, it was much improved by using your exercises. The call back to the doc two weeks later revealed quite an improvement. Doc said, "I'm not sure what you are doing, but keep doing it. I don't need to see you again. " Now, I am dealing with venous statis and the exercises you recommend are helping again. Kudos! I've also told my friends about this channel. Thanks for all your information and encouragement.

ОтветитьOnce you retire in the modern world you cannot really buy any of the required equipment such as gym balls and foam rollers. So what do you do that requires no equipment? Take for instance 80 USD. That is R1600 in our local currency. Amazingly enough some workers here earn that and less in a month. And they need to support a family with that money. Or take the average wage in Venezuela which is 3 USD per MONTH. The people in the USA do not know how fortunate they were to have been chosen by whatever forces does the choosing to be born there. Life is not the same in most parts of the rest of the world. Although I must say here in Africa we are a tough breed. At age 66 I can still do full unassisted squats and bunny hops - and I do not even follow any fitness regime - I sit on a chair 15 hours a day doing support work from home. ОтветитьAre these still effective when the valves in your veins in your legs do not close properly? The valves do not close and this causes blood flow to go in “both directions” causing me pain & swelling in my legs below my knees and feet.
