JetReviews for Elementor | 2.0 Version Overview

Can you guys add an AI option in Jetreviews for it to automatically detect offensive reviews and comments? It will warn users before posting and if still posted by the user, it goes for approval in the back end before being approved. I know there is a tool in jet reviews to check the content of reviews and comments for disallowed words but the list of such words is endless. I think jet reviews should be upgraded to have like an AI understanding of the comment to filter out potentially offensive comments automatically.

Hello! I hope you're doing well. Thank you for creating such a useful and excellent plugin. However, there are a few weaknesses that I would like to mention:

1. In the comments section, we cannot add or remove custom fields. For example, we cannot collect the user's phone number or have a field for their social media links and other customizable and practical fields. It would be beneficial to have features like allowing users to upload images or short videos in the WooCommerce section, titled "Customer Uploaded Images," for orders they have received, or the ability for users to insert programming language code in the blog section using a syntax highlighter.

2. The lack of customization options for the notification email sent to users regarding the approval or rejection of their comments on the website.

The points mentioned above were some of the features I expected from your professional plugin. I hope you will release some amazing updates for this plugin in the near future.

There seems to be a glitch with the stars. If you select stars in the fields section it never reaches 5 stars even when you rate 5 out of 5 or 10/10. Please advise how this can be fixed. From this video I can see that you have the same issue.

Please implement capability to "Read more ..." expland/contract for each review.. You already have the widget for it, Unfold, but doesn't play well with Listing Reviews.. This is a must for any site where social interaction is desired, people will write long reviews and must be limited in some way.. you can see it in sites like IMDB or Amazon...
Otherwise, congrats for the great work, you have great products, and stay safe !

how do I add a photo to a review?

I need help to get data from reviews dynamically. In content source post meta, is not loading previous reviews of each product.

Can't find a way to add reviews in the backend (admin)? The problem I have is that I want to use jetreviews to replace another reviews plugin I am using. But, some posts have multiple reviews (30+) When I add a review whether I am logged in or not I cannot add another because I get a message that says 'already reviewed' I need to be able to add multiple reviews to a single CPT but at the moment can only add one unless I delete my browser cache - not really viable.

Very useful feature. Re review listing,I'm just wondering, if the reviewers can edit their reviews and ratings later on? Also, in the case of making any comments on any review, does it triger any email notification for the reviewer as well as commenter? Thanks in advance.

Hi Kate. I'm running the 2.2.4 version. I've a display issue : if I switch to progess bar, it displays it. But when I switch to "stars" mode it does not display. I don't get it. Field value is 4, Field max is 5. Nothing happens when i switch to stars. I don't get it, i've set it up just like you and other people explain in tutorials. But stars won't show. I'm desperate ! Thank you for your advices !

I want to hide the reviewer's name in reviews listing widget and also remove/add some fields from the submit review form. How can i do that. Also there's less styling options compared to static review. Plus, is there any way to add a blacklist of words by which reviews which contain some specific words can either be rejected automatically or require admin approval. Thanks.

Hey Crocoblock, can you allow users to review products only when they have actually bought the product and the order status is completed with them. It would be pretty helpful.

Unfortunately, JetReviews is missing important functions and most tickets on GitHub are not even answered. People have asked for the ability to translate the error messages on the JetReviews Form and the reviews count label as well as the "Already reviewed" message that appears when someone visits a post already reviewed (obviously).
The ability to reorder the fields (review title and comment) and the ability to chose what fields are mandatory, to ask to subscribe/connect or enter an email before reviewing are also missing.
The Crocoblock team has great ideas, but there's no public roadmap, no real support and the execution is not perfect.

Just started to use this as part of a crocobloc designed site and there is a bad design flaw (just my opinion) - on a site that doesn't require users to log in you cannot get the email address of the reviewer or even the name? It assigns all of these as a 'guest' review on the front end which looks really spammy. Shame because it is a great reviews plugin apart from that major flaw.

Hey Crocoblock! Thanks again for another amazing feature, love it :) A few things I noticed when testing it out:

1. I can restrict who can post a review, but not who can comment. Looks like anyone can comment, even a guest. As my site is membership only for reviews/comments, I'd love to be able to restrict reviews and comments to those that are logged in. Do you think adding that is in the roadmap?

2. I see you can edit all the labels associated with the reviews etc., which is great. The only label I couldn't edit is the notification that appears when a guest is trying to review, "*Guests cannot publish reviews". I would want to edit this for my scenario to mention reviews are for members only etc.

e.g. I have a site that lists 20+ rental properties owned by other people. (like Balirento)
When a property owner logs in to manage/add/update listings, can they also manage the reviews for their individual property??
