Hi Thomas, great idea and a great model 👏. A little addition I think you can add to your model is a double variant model. The old model you displayed is still valuable to clients that do not want the hassle. Obviously it would need shifting. But it would allow you to have more options for clients and look more professional. Either way great video.

This is not sustainable, why would they pay for a white label software 500 when they eventually will cut the middleman out and get gohighlevel themselves for a fraction of the price

Okay, but can someone correct my logic on this one?
I see 2 big flaws in this idea:

1. 95% of business owners don't want to do ANYTHING technological - they don't have time to learn about the ads and going thr tutorials - they basically pay you to do everything for them, so they have more free time

2. EVEN IF some business owners would agree with going thru the app and eventually running their own ads... you basically taught them how to be their own marketer lol. Why they would be still using your agency if they can run their ads and market themselves on their own? The sense of community doesn't seem like a strong enough motivator to keep paying for this SaaS

Unfortunately, I don't think that a client is going to bother using such a complicated and expensive software and even less to bother looking for other affiliates. It is a closed system where only smma agencies will try to find other smma agencies as clients for this software.

$20,000 k a month is 40 clients at $500 a month , but 20k profit ??? Or 67 at $300 each because of a referral making then $200. Can referrals be stacked , like can a business get like 5 businesses and make $1000 -$500 cost of service: that leaves them with $500 profit for themselves ,

Most of my customers would never use this... theyre way too busy doing other shit... they want to be handed the leads or appointments on a platter, not have to learn a totally new software... they get to choose their ads?? its cool that youve automated all this, but I know my clients would gladly pay 2x for done for you quality leads
