How to Reboot|Reset|Shutdown a Router with Command Prompt

The reason this doesn't work for some or most of you is because the uploader didn't bother to tell you the router device must accept telnet commands by default. If it's disable or your firmware doesn't allow you to change it it'll just get rejected.
