Red Dead Online What Should You Spend Cash And Gold On?, Buying Guide

Please do not ask GTA questions here. I have a GTA video coming up on Saturday. This is a guide on how to maximize earnings spending both currencies. You will be earning both gold bars and cash at as you play. Players tend to only spend cash and never gold. The best tip in this guide is try to balance both currencies. Try to spend both together for example buying an expensive gun with gold and then customization with cash. That way you are not just spending cash or just spending gold. If you spend one currency and only 1 you will have a lot left over in the other. Spending both cash and gold can also help you avoid going broke. Many expensive items you only get once so take advantage of in game gold and buy those. That way you can save cash to spend on as much ammo, cosmetics and goods as you want. Do not buy that Arabian just buy the role horse I have a Bounty hunter role horse and it’s stats are full circles and with good stirrups and saddles it is the best horse in the game only costing $1,000 and is worth the price

I wouldn't recommend buying arabian for 42 gold bars. Just buy Fox Trotter, it's the fastest horse in the game, on max bond it almost has full stamina ring and with the best saddle and stirrups you'll have a horse fast a thunder with a shit tone of stamina

Eh, this guide is outdated. Gold is harder to get, so spend cash instead. In gold its way too expensive.

I recently got the game, so im saving up gold for roles not spending them on anything else(except for the one time i accidentally bought a pocket watch for 1 gold bar )

I just bought a $380 bandolier that is purely cosmetic and I’m quite upset.

If I do things I am ding in RDR online in real life i can make more money in real life than RDR Online

well I do care about clothes in GTO but in RDO not really. In GTO I got all 20 outfit slots full and I keep changing and renewing constantly. In RDO I bought one pair of boots, one pant and one shirt thats it.

most players probaly don;'t no this and sadly its too late way too late to do this as it was four years ago in red dead online but if u bought the red chest nut horse before dec 30th 2018 it was free thats how i got the best horse in the game for free sadly its not free anymore as it was free only untell dec 30 2018 btw the scientiic name for horses is atmosoheric

Sorry but i have to disagee with your statement on buying weapons with gild instead of cash. It makes no sense whatsoever... the semi suto shotgun you bought costs $540 (takes two moonshine runs to make this cash)... compared to 22gold which would takes weeks of grinding....

Gotta say, cosmetics are their for people who have gotten almost everything 90% of the time I like the look of a lot of items but in RDR2 I’m only at lvl 32 in GTA I’m lvl 154 I have gotten almost every cosmetic in gta and about 20 items in RDR2, also wdym by using gold to buy items you could get with money, you have 4 grand it’s 1.2 to get two Mauser pistols the most expensive gun in the game, saying that you are saving money is a little weird especially with all the roles, outlaw past and gold exclusive items like the best horse, saddles and more, also why didn’t you add anything about pamphlets, crafting, looting, hunting, cooking to save money then just buying them from the butcher and general store, I am confused about many of the things mentioned here a lot haven’t been properly looked into and i think a updated version would be nice.
