I love this show. I’ve watched it many times. My 9 year old daughter and I have watched this at midnight when she couldn’t sleep and she came down stairs. We were craving pizza so hard that I made some make shift pizza with bagels, spaghetti sauce and cheese just to satiate that craving. It will forever be a moment in time that we will both cherish.

The production is top notch but Frank Pinello is what makes this show such a gem. He is so genuine and knowledgeable that you can’t help but be enthralled by the journey. Thank you for all that had a hand in making this.

In Italy most of the Italian dishes are seafood not Pizza...for the average family. Most always order pizza...not making pizza at home. If you ask for a latte...they will serve you warm milk. ( Fun Facts).

One thing that confuses me is how pizza was created and how it is scrap or whatever. I don't know if I'm stupid or what, but its confusing as hell.

New York's original pizza is disgusting and was never good to begin with. The original Chicago deep dish pizza was so much better because it had a thicker, crunchier, and crispier crust than the soggy mess that is New York pizza. Even Chicago's thin pizza is better than New York's pizza because it has more flavor and better ingredients. New York pizza can go to hell!
