Creating repo in GitLab and then cloning it in Local directory, adding ,commiting and then pushing will be more simpler than this??


I mean this way.


git clone url
make changes in cloned directory.
git add . (move to inside of the cloned directory where changes are made)
git commit -m "Your Message"
git push origin master.


Isn't this simpler??? Or how this one is different than yours method?
