ОтветитьHow to run 120/4k with VRR disabled ?? I didn’t like VRR cuz flickering
ОтветитьMy Sony tv 4k settings are blacked out and I only have 3 hdmi ports KD65XG7003
ОтветитьGreat explanation thank you
Ответитьand how come my isn’t supportive 1440p? Bro i have the PowerA PlayStation HDMI license cable cord connected to my PS5 to my 4K Sony Bravia tv and I have it on the HDMI 4 too bro please help me out with getting 1440p support please 🙏 bro 😎
ОтветитьYeah, this JUST happened!!! What the hell???? XSX NEVER does this!
ОтветитьI have a Sony Bravia x85k, it still says 1440p not supported, however will allow me to select 2160p with no issue, turn on the 120hz and HDR and VRR options no problem. But when I test for 1440p it still says not supported. I am definitely using the correct 4k port on the TV (I have tried it with both HMD1 3 witch is the 4k 120hz eARC labled port, and HDMI 4 which is 4k120hz) When I check resolution info it tells me 3840 x 2160 60hz as shown here.
The input settings on the TV menu itself were on the enhanced setting shown already but that didn't make the difference, also further I ensured the VRR enabled option(not on the TV in the video) on those ports, I've confirmed this multiple times. Still says 1440p is not supported by my HDMI device on the PS5 video options menu, I don't understand it. Every guide I look for assumes I am using the wrong port or cable, when I've ensured the ports (and their settings) multiple times and I'm using the cable that came with the PS5. Any ideas? The troubleshoot tutorials all have me do things I already have done. Is it even worth worrying about? Things still look and run great and there hasn't been issues enabling VRR and using HDR, it's just throwing back "1440p not supported" which I'm not clearly understanding
Thank you my man, here I was thinking I purchased the wrong tv.
ОтветитьDoes vrr cause screen flicker
ОтветитьThank you so much for this. I was about to have a natural fit.
ОтветитьCan i play 2k on a80j tv with ps5? Because I can only 4k quality

ОтветитьWe wish the great Sony company not to use Google in televisions. We want you to be using the basic Android easier for all simple people and more features

ОтветитьThanks a bunch for the help. Yer video helped alot with me problem. All works like a charm now. 👍
ОтветитьWorked for us too. You would think it would be enabled by default on those ports
ОтветитьHDMI port 3 & 4 both support full HDMI 2.1
ОтветитьThanks!!! This was helpful…
ОтветитьDid everything still says 60 hz
ОтветитьYou don't want the 4k. You want the 1440p with the 120hz
ОтветитьYou don't need the 4k. You can run the ps5 at 1440p 120hz that's what you want
ОтветитьIs hdmi 3 a 2.0 port?
ОтветитьAnyone having troubles with snowlike problems on the Sony TV and the PS5? It comes and goes but looks like white orbs floating around on the TV screen! Doesn't happen when watching TV
ОтветитьHow come it still says 60 when you change it to 120? Xbox Series X is always 120 even in system menus
ОтветитьSuper helpful thank you!
ОтветитьThanks man, i was already wondering why the PS5 said it is not supported. The enhanced HDMI setting did the trick. And, just use the PS5 HDMI cable, it is 2.1 and backwards compatible.
ОтветитьYeah , and there's no game for that console 😒
Folks stop falling into Microsoft and Sony 's trap . Stop buying new consoles that are truly only ready 2 years later ...it's been like this for twenty years .
