Thanks bro did a set of French press and my arms are so numb ive never worked out my triceps with weights before only push ups but damn I feel it. Also my shoulders feel very tight right now, I don’t know if that’s good or bad because I tore my rotator cuff about 6 months ago and just got back into training again , if anyone has a reply it would help, thanks
