Strong workout you still ran a 42-46 second 300 after six mile repeats I know it was at a threshold pace but that’s still pretty impressive considering the intensity

are you sure you had the 300s measured out right ? 41-42 s is kind of hard to believe on a dirt track with thick soles if you run 50s on 4x4 on a track.

your pbs for mile are about 4 min, this is not your best... imagine doing those splits for a half marathon, like you said if that pace can be kept for an hour you are a monster... btw use de finger for the lactate meter it might work better. kudos!

That's an awesome training style right there! Doing mile repeats at a pace you can do for a long time to work on form, then doing speed work, I'll definitely be using that in the off season.

Why are you pricking your ear. When we do lactate at the olymoic center, we always prick our finger. Faster, and easyer to get blood 😀
