Awesome video man!! you make that pace look easy!!!
ОтветитьYou could also try ur fingers too only problem is that it gets annoying pricking fingers constantly…
ОтветитьEver have runners knee? If so what did you do to help fix it? Love the video!
ОтветитьNOBODY MAKES ME BLEED MY OWN BLOOD
ОтветитьSqueeze that ear to get blood, or cut it with knife lol
ОтветитьStrong workout you still ran a 42-46 second 300 after six mile repeats I know it was at a threshold pace but that’s still pretty impressive considering the intensity
Ответитьare you sure you had the 300s measured out right ? 41-42 s is kind of hard to believe on a dirt track with thick soles if you run 50s on 4x4 on a track.
ОтветитьLove to see the commitment to this lactate training!!!
Where can i get a lactate test kit?
Cat comments were mean, thank you for being a cat lover Will
ОтветитьIf there is one place in western WA you'd like to explore or go for a run, where would it be?
ОтветитьGood stuff! Love watching ur videos
ОтветитьNice! Short video but we see you putting in the work. That's what it takes!
ОтветитьQuality Workoits. Those 300s were 👍🏾, reminding the body what mile pace is like. Keep it up 🤘🏿
ОтветитьAwesome video Spencer what kind of split shorts do you wear for running
Ответитьyour pbs for mile are about 4 min, this is not your best... imagine doing those splits for a half marathon, like you said if that pace can be kept for an hour you are a monster... btw use de finger for the lactate meter it might work better. kudos!
Ответитьrunning 300s at that pace after 6 mile repeats is pretty impressive!
ОтветитьLooking silky smooth.
ОтветитьLookin fit and smooth!
ОтветитьThis training style will certainly produce new fitness and PRs for you.
ОтветитьWhat was the rest between reps and sets? These aerobic gains are about to make you run so much better. Threshold training really is the wave.
ОтветитьI forgot. When are you ripping Green Lake segment?
Ответитьathlete special choice awards pt 2 when
ОтветитьThat's an awesome training style right there! Doing mile repeats at a pace you can do for a long time to work on form, then doing speed work, I'll definitely be using that in the off season.
ОтветитьThe ingebrigtsens just take their lactate in their fingers
ОтветитьGood vid!
ОтветитьWhy are you pricking your ear. When we do lactate at the olymoic center, we always prick our finger. Faster, and easyer to get blood 😀
Ответитьyour thumb should work for the lactate test!
ОтветитьOUR DOG UHHHH
ОтветитьBro really has Eliud Kipchoge as a camera man 😭
ОтветитьHow have you liked training in Seattle? I feel it’s a hidden gem. Doesn’t get the respect of other running hot spots,….
ОтветитьWow
ОтветитьYour videos are awesome by the way how do you calculate your threshold pace
ОтветитьMoney in the bank 💪🏼 I did 3x (3x300’s) today in the morning and 5x1 Mile in the evening off 60 seconds rest
