call me crazy but, I think sentient anomalies aren't objects, they are people, you have to do what you have to do against the dangerous and deadly ones, but the ones that have never killed and instead express a desire to help people should generally be allowed unless they have poor control of their anomalous nature. You don't want someone who frequently explodes like a bomb out of a bomb containment area, on the other hand, an ability like cains is harmless as long as you keep plants away and NEVER attack him. Though that shouldn't be too hard since he never really gives people a good reason to attack him. Worst he generally does is make your flowers wilt if you forget rule 1.

Similarly, the guy who can pull things out of pocket dimensions (not able), scp 2241, he is powerful but doesn't intend to hurt people, and to my knowledge, has only ever done so in testing, and only unintentionally or when forced to. I think that letting him help out willingly rather than manipulating him and implanting chips in his head would have been fine.

People need to understand that warriors are not weapons. They wield weapons, they need their humanity and independent thought so that they can refuse a bad order, otherwise, incidents of civilians being murdered when an officer orders it become common. Warriors that like to fight and kill need to be watched, lest their blood-lust cause them to become a monster rather than a warrior.

SCP-4793 reminds me of SCP-076 in that he is a fierce, difficult to destroy warrior. His ability to turn items into weapons is analogous to 076 being able to materialize weapons.
