Chrome takes a long time to load website on first run

Just solve this problem removing the extension AD Block from chrome

@roubleshooterrors go to chrome settings > advanced > Open proxy settings (Under System) > Lan Settings > uncheck "automatically detect settings" and your problem is solved.

remove all unwanted extensions they might be the reason
incognito is fast may be because you might have set do not allow in incognito for extensions .
