I literally do not understand how someone managed to solve the 17x17 in 49 mins. The same guy solved the 21x21 in 1 and a half hours

I know how to solve big cubes but I don't know the edge parity (except pll parity) on 4×4, 6×6, 8×8, 10×10 and 12×12 have pll parity
