I have an issue with my firestick it's not backscreen but out ot the blue the picture has just become distorted/discoloured kinda like the screen itself has a crack or been damaged anyone have this issue can and can it be fixed?

I use to always just do the select and play button for it to work and then that didn't fix the problem. Unplugging the device from the outlet for 5min fixed it though.

After using amazon firestick for five minutes in between any videos or in between any other process it goes all blank and i have to again switch off and on the tv and device to connect but it repeats every time

I need help I have a blank screen but before it state that the fire stick had no more room and to delete apps but I can't delete when I can't see anything on the screen to go to. How do I delete apps if I can even see anything on the screen?

Nothing worked. Mine froze, then went to black screen. I unplugged tv for 30 secs. Waited then found out my wifi went out. Dunno why. That screen came up and got my wifi then hit home screen on FS. It was OK.
