People like to think tarkov should be popping off late wipe when everyone has money and traders, but that is far from the case in actuality. To the average person having access to better gear makes them play even more safe, and stick even more to the move and die meta, because they are terrified of losing a good kit to some little shit with a shotgun and a dream because one pellet hit the throat, or suck into the pits.

The biggest problem for EFT is the way the game is built honestly... Leveling and seasons and doing quests all over again prevent them from having a more stable playerbase... I'd like to see a game like EFT but with more creative people that can somehow give players an incentive to keep playing their game other than leveling, reset, rinse, repeat.

I haven't played much this wipe after the first few weeks, but I have a decent bit of gear and figured I should at least burn through it before wipe. Got all geared up, went to shoreline, killed 3 cultists just off spawn. I was hurty so had to sit and reattach some parts, hear a dude sneaking up to me before I'm properly patched up, get ready for our fight and throw a little tester nade to see if I can get him running. Missed and hear him walk a bit more, would have only been maybe 10-15m away but out of sight due to terrain, then suddenly I explode. 0 grenade audio cues from unpinning to it landing at my feet.

If they could fix the damn audio, spawns and the long ass time it takes to get into matches I'd play more. But I work full time and can't be fucked logging in for shit like that.
