Does anybody else prefer day runners? I got mine in a soft blue vinyl and I had it for years and it hasn't torn once or even needed to be cleaned not to mention it also has a slot for pens so you can put up to three pens in there but they also have an attachment where you can add a small pen case into the binder itself

I love your theatric intros. Just found your channel. :3 I got a handmade TN that's 5 x 4 size, and I love it so much.

Mine didn't come with spare elastics, but I got a bookmark, postcard, 3 inserts with a clear zipper pocket preinstalled, 3 refills (lined) along with an extra clear zipper pouch and a cardboard folder in a gift box. :D

I'm just unsure what to write in it, lol.

Yeah. I bought the standard and that’s definitely a good product for the university… but at my work… seriously, I hate bringing more things with me, I need to bring the less possible forgettable things.

I'm glad to see your cinematic, theatrical-trailer style of narration is still as fine tuned as ever. I loved your low-key shade towards the sticker flashing, Washi adorning, insanely long, spikey nailed, surprisingly high representation of the bullet journaling community; in your other TN review. I am a fan of creative journaling, admittedly but your dry wit definitely appeals to my darker side. Great reviews! Now go get some Washi tape and make that goddam journal pretty!!!

Took me 3 days of searching to find n decent review, and not just a journal with me video. Good coverage.

These Midori products don't look very durable. Cheap elastic bands that may last, what, a month? You better order a train load of replacements. Cheap, two stapled notebooks enclosed in a paper-thin piece of leather. I guess they would be OK in a purse or brief case though. Can't be good for daily pocket carry.

Avon use to do perfume samples in these little clear film canister type vial. I bet an ink cartridge would fit lovely in one and be protected from leaking.

Good setup Bradley. Like you i bought the standard size and have just bought the passport. Nice tip about the blotting paper. Btw, you can buy a pkg of tiny plastic Ziploc bags, assorted sizes, to out your ink refill in. Thanks for the vid.

Is the passport size zipper folder a good size to actually hold a passport?

I really enjoyed both of your videos on the Traveler's Notebooks, and they were instrumental when I bought my full-size one two years ago. I know this is several years later, but do you still use them? Also, what would it be like using this as a wallet and carrying it in your back pocket all the time (maybe with just the kraft folder, plastic zipper pocket, and 1 notebook insert)? Thnx.

I have both but I rarely use the full size, but the passport sized lives in my Nutsac or in the back pocket of my jeans. Invaluable little notebook!

Or, go to Amazon and get the ZLYC set. It includes the full size, passport size, pen case and 3 inserts in each journal. Looks almost the same but the whole set is half the price of the Midori....

Thanks for making/sharing a great review! Am considering getting one of these. Was wondering, without the card insert inside the back cover, does the knot in the band (in the middle of the back cover) interfere with writing in the notebooks?

This has been my full time wallet for several years. I use the folder, one lined notebook, and the plastic zipper / card holder (Iremove the zipper; it's a pain) Idon't keep extra clips and stuff; it's very utilitarian. Good review
