How to unlock the Psijic Order Skill Line and Artaeum in ESO (Elder Scrolls Online)

I recommend using a port to friend app to unlock wayshrines, then you can skip a bit of walking when you get the objective "go to arteum" and just head north. You do have to complete that first psijic quest to unlock the skill line. Id recommend grabbing most of the skyshards alobg the way. Easy 5 skill points, but it is a bit tiring to do more than one character in a day.

And how did you get the quest to start that?? I’ve gone to the location and the person isn’t there

I finish the entire psijic order quest line I did not get a skill tree for it

Just finished all of the quests before I found this dude...

I haven't tried it, but can't you just skip the quest by asking someone to take you to Artaeum and talk to the guy who gives you the skill line?

You have to do the main quest line until it takes you to Artaeum then you can join.

My husband & I just returned to ESO on XB1X mainly to get ready for the Necromancer class & we wanted to relearn our mage class... Lol we are newbies all over again... It's nice though as we got burned out on ESO after 5 solid years of playing... So now with all the DLC's the game feels new again.
Nice to see a new skill line gives us something to do.
Now for the theory crafting after we do the quest and get the new skill line.

Just so everyone knows you need to buy Summerset Collectors Edition Upgrade to get the skill line not just the Summerset DLC alone.. Read the description before you buy it.. There's 3 Summerset DLC's and I think the only one that gives you the skill line is the Collectors Edition Upgrade, yeah it sucks.. I had to buy both because my mistake -_-

u have to complete closing those rifts after that first quest u do. that guy is dumb and doesn't know what he's talking about.
