Today we are reviewing the latest model from Ginault, a controversial brand that makes EPIC watches. The silent service comes a few years after the Ocean Rover that I also featured on the channel and follows the same formula.
While the Ocean Rover was a mix of best eras and details from selected Rolex Submariner watches, this one is more original in a way that takes the case and bracelet design from Rolex, but with an original twist, and mixes it with Omega styled dial, hands and bezel insert.
Honestly I love the combination and find the size pretty much perfect!
The finishing will be checked out in the full review under macro, but at first glance it seems as well built as the Ocean rover, that was amazing for the price.
As usual with Ginault, everything is on a higher level compared to other brands, including the luxurious packaging with a timing card to show you how well your watch performed during a 6 weeks of testing and regulation.
Also, the price is a step above usual microbrands, but considering a reulated movement, finishing and overall package, it is not really that bad.
