I need your attention for 5-10 minutes. I'm working as a software developer, but because the company is based on vas services and there i worked 10% for Java and 90% for technical support. In the beginning, I had no Idea about this industry, I was working there and 2 years notice period, I never thought to change the company as I thought after 2 year completion I will learn Java properly and will change , after 2 year completion, I started learning, but there was less time than needed , and 1 more year crossed and pandemic started. Now because of corona I dropped the plan to change job, and 5 years crossed but now I'm struggling bcoz I'm not able to learn advanced Java like spring boot , hibernate, microservices, docker, I just learned Java , spring core hibernate, but companies want docker , container, microservices, spring boot with live projects and collections framework is too hard but I know it's easy if full concentration we use , i tried to learn from online. But I'm not getting that confidence and without live projects no one is hiring. Please help me now it's almost 7 years but I want to switch from this technical support to proper Java development. Please give me suggestions.
