CNBC apparently where Chinese money for the BRI came from. It was mainly from China's trade surplus in dollar! The way China used it was to recycle the dollar to build the infrastructure so that the host countries could develop to be better trade partners with China.

The debt trap is a coordinated effort by the west used to smear China because the west and the US have debts three times larger than China to these low income countries. Many of the infrastructure projects cost nothing to the host countries because all China got was a concession period to charge tolls for people using the infrastructure which ultimately owned by the host country. Thus many infrastructure projects were built under the BOT scheme in which China would "Build", "Operate" for an agreed time period and ultimately "Transfer" the infrastructure. BOT projects are used universally in world on infrastructure building.

Before 2021, USA, QUAD, AUKUS members etc said China's Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) is a debt trap. In 2021, USA and its allies rolled out their own version of BRI, and the name is Build Back Better World (B3W)! USA? Build back a better world? Look at Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Syria...who can help them build a better world? Obviously not the USA and its allies.

The western powers had it so good for so many hundreds of years bossing over the rest of the world. But now the DRAGON has risen and the west is really worried about the future!

China is helping the 3 rd world develope.India can also benefit from China aid but we must prioritize in which departments we can work together for the fast development of infrastructure etc etc!

It is high time India talks positively with China and benefit from the Belt and Road Initiatives. Chinese engineers can work with their India counterparts to develope infrastructure which is much needed in India. India can also benefit in other projects with China. This so-called Belt and Road Initiative is just a deceptive cover for China's ultimate global hegemonic goal. The 65 countries are mostly poor nations that are taking loans from China that they cannot payback. China knows this but only use the "loans" as a DEBT TRAP. Only corrupt and stupid leaders would fall for China's debt trap. This is how China installs its military bases around the world. So, these 65 countries are strategic locations for China's military expansion that is hiding under the cover of "economic development"!
