I just tried to do CPR training on pillow, only 50 seconds and I did two push per second, that is really physically demanding. I felt embarrassed.

question, if the person gets revived in a CPR do we still have to continue the pumping? or stop?

Well, yes, CPR is very important but it’s not as simple as it is displayed in the video. It needs more than just a few compressions to guarantee oxygen for the brain. Sorry to say, but this video is physically incorrect.

I survived all of this yes it works ! I suggest it be apart of the subjects in all schools just just pumping the heart part it saved me and my brain damage didn’t affect as bad I totally appreciate this thank god as well ❤
