Pretty sure the lightbulb moment is a connection between dendrites.

Excellent talk - so glad we are understanding the power of our minds/brain and that we can do something within ourselves.. today we still need to start all of this more in our schools when repetition is familiar at a young learning age. Learning more on this subject can only benefit us more and push us to allowing change and realising what changes we can make especially in our thoughts and behaviours. thanks you.

The system adapts to the environment, but we still act like a long time ago (according to these scientistst) and with autism (and other neurodivergent that might even be more so. That's a complete contradiction. An idea based on the exsistence of some sort of universal normalcy. Which is complete hogwash when you look at nature. The longing for sameness will kill us eventually.

Yes, had a severe stroke over 4.5 years ago and had a 99% recovery. 3 months ago I had another stroke which has left  me 100% OK. I have to say that  I`m extremely grateful to my own body! Maybe somehow our bodies are curing themselves . Don`t try this at home...the chances of surviving two hemorrhagic strokes are vanishingly small.

I had a brain hemorrhage two years ago and I have been able to exceed medical expectations. I attribute my progress to my deep understanding of how to effectively connect new neural networks and train neural plasticity
