Surfing Pikachu minigame in Pokemon Yellow

You maybe know but you can play secret minigame in Pokemon Yellow but its made so it's hard to play it. I mean you would need either cheat, hack, pokemon stadium, some event or a sav. file (method that I have picked) that will allow you to have Pikachu that knows HM03 (Surf) to play it because as you know regular Pikachu can't learn Surf. When you get your surfing Pikachu you just need to ask the same man in the same house as I did in the video, he will say that he is not the only 1 that has surfing Pikachu and that minigame will begin.
