Hello I just found you and you are a lifesaver! I am making a marketing proposal for an excavation company and am actually presenting it. Is this a format that you would suggest using in that type of proposal or a different format?

Do you send the proposal after the client accepts or do you send it before when your trying to get them as a client? Im trying to email a potential client kind of like a "discovery call" but through email.
