fixed for me. I've just set sound quality in windows 11 from 24bit 96kHz to 16bit 48kHz (same seeting for sure evailable in Win7-8-10 etc). My problem was a crashes in WRC 2 on win 11 in race start or in exact place of track in case setting combability mode (win7 or winXP). So setting 16bit 48kHz it is all what I need, combability mode was turned-off.
