thank you! I am on week 5 since I took a fall at work, At the time it did not hurt but 3 days late I was in amazing pain.. I added these to my compression therapy and yin and walking with 3 parts to the feet.. slowly but surely healing

ОтветитьI am preparing for marathon, I had some soreness and pinching pain for couple of weeks , I didn’t run in those weeks thinking it might go away . I did the first stretch which you have shown, I got instant relief. Thank you soo much .
