How do you hear the amber alert sound?

Bro can I get an update on this ? I don't see advanced settings also that crappy ass alert woke me up and I thought I was in death for a second it was so loud

Yea I have had that damned emergency alert blast through my headphones and damn near leave me deaf. I've tried your method and several others. My phone does not have an emergency alert anything of it. I'm about to sue samsung over this crap.
