well the arrow towers are scorpion towers in this game which is probably why the attackers were struggling so much.

You should do a battle/siege 4v4 but where there is only 2 armies facing each other. So like one player controls just archers, the other controls just cav etc. Kinda like every player is a captain more than a general. Would be interesting as players will control smaller portions of the army and therefore give them the opportunity of better macros and different tactics.

Honestly Apollo, this settlement is just ANNOYING at this point! Literally almost every single Rome 2 siege battle you upload is in this settlement. You need to bring in some variation!

Hey has anyone been having problems playing online in Rome 2? Everytime I try to join a lobby or creat a lobby my game crashes. I deleted and uninstall the game many times removed mods and all but nothing has worked. Any help would be great

Just played this map in a 2v2 and the stylers couldn’t make it past the walls area we defenders won but I only had my general and 2 archers left it lasted 40 minutes best siege ever

this battle was very much "I'm not trapped in here with you, you're trapped in here with me"

What’s map name ?

I'm not sure where the idea came from that armor-piercing damage doesn't do well against lightly-armored units, or why it stays prevalent, because armor-piercing damage does just as much (and usually more) damage to less-armored units as armored. This is literally how the devs have described the mechanics. Yet we've got experienced players like Apollo and JoeOnit and others who still believe armor-piercing damage doesn't do well against troops without armor. Let me break it down:

You've got a unit with 10 base-damage, and 35 armor-piercing damage, making the total damage 45. If fighting an armored unit, the base damage is negated, making the total weapon damage 35 instead. If fighting a unit without armor or little armor, the full 45 damage applies.

tldr: Stop saying armor-piercing damage doesn't work against lightly-armored troops. That's literally false! 🤣

Man first of all who doesn't bring cavalry in a battle ? And second , who splits their army in a freakin siege battle ???? Like wtf bruh , you sacrificed 25% of your army to die with very few kills wich literally cost you and your poor teammates the game !!
