ОтветитьThis is the best booty workout I've ever done. SUPER effective. And I've done quite a few different ankle weight workouts before. I've only done this one 4 or 5 times in two weeks and I can't believe how round my backside is already. Like, when I pass the mirror in my stretch pants, I do a double take (is that my butt??) I tend to skip the hamstring curls and hamstring holds because I'm using heavier ankle weights (3kg). And after a couple of times doing this, the end is easier than the beginning for some reason that I can't explain.
Time really does pass quickly... it's not super easy to memorize the pattern of exercises which keeps things fresh. And the music is pretty awesome for a workout vid track. Great for people like me who choose to avoid squats because of minor knee issues. But as my glutes get stronger, my knees also seem to be less sensitive during the day. Thank you Mary!
I completely understand what you mean by changing directions so we can see the exact position and the correct way to move but when you don’t show us the leg you are using the hole video doesn’t help!!! At least you should show one leg your using during your work out should face the camera!! How can we know how to do the workout correctly if we don’t actually see how it should be done?

Probably one of the hardest butt workouts I've ever done. My muscles were on fire and burning, by the end, they felt numb with pleasure, lol.

Ответитьbad one, extremely tiring but everything is on fours so you feel like your arms are working harder than the butt. Did this and my arms are hurting but haven't felt any particular burn in my glutes compared to other excercises
