I play this course all the time. Glad you got out there as many ppl that live in LA never play it.

When is this guy going to learn that he's just not quite good enough to try to play these shaped shots off of every tee. Like just aim down the middle every once in a while.

I play here every Thursday for the last ten years...so cool to see it on You tube. Really fun course. Lots of contours on fairways, elevated greens, no water, but errant drives are punished with trees. We love our home course! Thanks for these videos!

Santa Anita is kept up very well for an LA County (Arcadia, CA) muni-course.

Hey, that’s my old stomping ground. Used to live right across the street from the course and played 36 a day on it. Nice course, but played it not too long ago, it had gone a bit down hill sorry to say. Also, what’s with the increased green fee county?

Dude. You’re a solid player. Got to ask why you take driver on super short holes like 365 yrd par 4s. Are you not comfortable with 5 wood? Or maybe don’t carry one?

I was literally born across the street from this course, and have probably played it well over 100 times. It was the home course for Arcadia, Temple City (my school), and most of the Rio Hondo League. My current pre-shot routine is based on #7, because I always had issue with my set up. And the ninth, now a short par 5, used to be a long par four. Not sure why they changed it.

Great vlog. Especially enjoy all the "didn't get enough sleep's....drove 18 hours's....should've had a sandwich's...usually play MUCH better than this'sssss." You are, indeed, a real golfer!

Does anyone know how to use a and any good shot tracers, I want to start a channel but feel this would be a key factor

Watching your videos has definitely improved my golf game. I am now at the point where I can hit the ball almost as far as I throw my clubs.

Sounds like a tough day at the office. I don’t know how you actually play golf with all the logistics of filming, etc. much appreciated, though, I get a lot out of how you play these courses, learn a lot from your commentary.

Love Santa Anita. Was born down the street at Methodist Hospital. No longer live in CA, but was the course I learned the game on. Good stuff.

I have tbh and admit that I'm jealous of the fact that you can play. In Panama we can't even go out of the house because of this pandemic (you should come sometime btw, we have good courses).

Am I missing something with the aiming off the tee? Seems like that’s where a lot of the problems come in. Why not just aim at the flag?

I was a freshman in the JV golf team during a meet. We approach a par 3. I thin my 6 iron into the green. I’m the only one to hit the green out of my group. An observing parent says to me “go sink this birdie put”. I proceed to four putt for a five.
