Er, this doesn't explain what I need to do. So here ..
I have a google account, with 2FA that works by my phone number. It works fine.
Until about a year ago, I was using Google Authenticator, sometimes with a ubikey, all fine.
Now, I understand this has changed.
My new brokerage account tells me to use GA.
GA tells me I need an "account". What account? I already have one. Why I need this?
What do I do?
