Amazing stretches for back and neck pain. I found my love for yoga from this video and now I am practicing yoga from last 2.5 years. This is true that one can find solutions for almost all life style health issues from regular yoga practice.

I do not typically comment on videos but I had to here. I did this flow last night. I am only 6 weeks into my yoga journey and while I have done other neck/shoulder focused flows (and they have been great) I woke up this morning for the first time in 22 years and did NOT need to reach for my bottle of Tylenol for an arthritis neck induced headache!! I absolutely had to give you a huge THANK YOU for your awesome videos!!

After all these years this is still my favorite yoga video ever.

I just attempted yoga for the first time using this video, it was awful. I can't even sit properly. Have to exert so much energy and effort to maintain the posture, basically had to hold on to both my knees and pull to maintain a half decent position. Quite discouraging to say the least. Can't even do a "beginner" video.

This is my go to routine for neck and shoulder ...but ads are irritating
