The Roku not working
ОтветитьI'm having an issue playing Vudu Movies. This started about 2 days ago on 2 of my Roku devices. (ultra stick and Ultra). When I try to play a movie I get the error: "unable to continue playback, an unexpected error has occurred" I tried your tip to clear the cache on my Roku Ultra but it didn't fix the issue. The weird thing is Movie trailers play fine. I tried factory reset of my Roku, delete app , reinstall, etc. Do you have any idea how to fix this issue?

ОтветитьI have tried this procedure many times and the playback issue on certain apps still remains. I have deleted the apps and reinstalled, rebooted my router and the issue remains.

ОтветитьOK, exit the other question I put on here. I did exactly what you said. I had to write it down pause and rewind cause you’re your way way too fast for one thing so I had to go back rewind on my phone to see what you were saying, I wrote it all down hit the house five times hit the opera. One time rewind twice for fast forward two times it reset. You’re correct, then I came back on so I went to CVS to watch a show I missed last night and it says we’re sorry in error occurred. That’s what it’s been doing the whole time I wish I could send you a video or a photo of what it says.

ОтветитьMine says Playback error, reconnects in 3 secs. It's only happening on this Kaelus TV app but my boyfriends is working. My internet is showing excellent. All the other apps on this firestick is working and on the TV itself
ОтветитьMy issue is only with the basketball games. I did what you said and it rebooted but I'm still getting the error message. It has a send feedback option to be sent to Google. Any advice?
ОтветитьThank you! This worked like a charm, but I had to turn the TV off and back on before it cleared, so after it reboots you may need to turn the power off and back on . thanks again!
