I've had Google Voice for a few years now and now this year I see that the customer service has completely died after it was outsourced to what sounds to me like India. I can't get anyone on the phone or in any form of contact who has any idea of how to deal with my problem. It's always wait time and pass offs and dead ends. It used to be tech support was somebody who had a grasp of the tech and who could have been a peer and the problems were responded to quickly and resolved. My simple problem is that I have a second phone that is a data only SIM but it will no longer allow me to data tether on it. Nobody can sort this out. Hitting myself with an object would be more pleasant than trying to get Google Voice to sort it out again. I'd bail from this phone plan but for the monthly phone payments that I make. That will end though. FU Google Voice. You sold out and stuck me just like the other few services that only want my money.
