Ответитьdude stretching exercises really work! While using Shiydf to increase height I also did stretching exercises and 2 inches in 2 damn months !! that was an explosive duo💣

ОтветитьDoing this i find out i have terrible outwards shoulder mobility, was basically unable to do the behind back stretch. Probably my bad shoulder mobility is correlated with my shoulders being my weaker muscle. Any tips to improve that?

Been using this as a stretching routine for the last couple of months and it's a great way to start a workout and get me motivated for the gym.
This is not perfect, you need to modify this in order to reach perfection
Add dead hangs, add something to stretch ur ankle (if your ankle is super immobile you wont be able to do this squat thing). I added a stretch to be able to do splits cause why not

ОтветитьIt's pretty good, tried today post workout. I feel it has little less emphasis on the lower back, probably because I have lower back issues. It's overall a really good stretching routine in line with Surya Namaskar we perform as a part of yogasana routine.
ОтветитьGood one, i think a few extra words on screen would do good on typical mistakes of the forn that you might fsll into , also i felt the bend stuff was abit more advanced fir me but ill have to work on my flexibility fir thst

Bro does anyone have any tips? I stretch but it doesn’t seem to benefit me at all, if not make me feel more stiff when doing before or after intense training sessions. I’ve been going for maybe a year on end with no benefit, or no visible benefit. Still tight.

1. Strength and Toughness
Do weight lifting exercises, build muscles not only for power, but for protection ( mainly the vital organs and bones )
2. Agility and Stamina
Do cardio exercises, increasing your speed and how long you can maintain a routine over long periods of time.
3. Flexibility
Do stretching exercises like Yoga, get your body used to uncomfortable positions. You will perform with the utmost grace and precision.
4. Meditation
Exercise the brain before any activity ( primarily competitions ) lowering your chances of a slip up and/or failure.
5. Breathing
Good lung control can also help in dire situations.
6. Rest
Have to be at 100% for anything.
7. Healthy Diet
You are what you eat 😊
