Tim McNally, author of "The Sazerac", is joined by Matt Ray at The Sazerac House to talk about the history of the cocktail and demonstrate the proper way to mix one. Meanwhile, Sue Strachan, author of "Café Brûlot", talks with David Johnson and visits Charles Carter at the famous Antoine’s Restaurant to talk about, and sample, her drink of choice.
