Not gonna lie, they really fucked up the play there when they were in the village. I think Jester was too quick to jump the gun on some things and almost fucked them

Its not a huge thing but as a D&D player it kind of bugs me a little when the players say "Natural 20" in regards to a saving throw or ability check. That only applies to Attacks, if you have a -2 or -3 modifier, the DC 19 and you just say "Natural 20" it doesn't mean anything, you still fail.
Now it probably doesn't matter since they're level 6 so chances of a 20 even with negative modifiers not beating the DC is pretty low, but it still could happen if Matt made a really high DC for a certain check, so just a small annoyance but one noticed by someone who plays.

Liam's meta gaming is starting to get really annoying. Caduceus finds out old mate is undead but Caleb is out of earshot? Well let me just randomly and sneakily cast detect magic to try and get more information on this thing that my character doesn't know about 🤔🙄

Talsen actually needs tea to do his characters voice who loves tea. Dope

I love these guys so much... but there was crap ton of metagaming in this episode, from the dream right through to the undead Jamedi stuff.

I noticed this ep was a bit boring and watched it on x1,5 speed was a very good decision

So nice not needing captions this episode after that New York one.

I love Travis but until Fjord goes over to the Wild Mother he is a sneaky untrustworthy creep. He comes off as the nice guy - but you catch it - like when he cut off that guy's hand for the genie (it was like WTF FORD??? THAT IS FREAKING PSYCHO!!! And why cant you dismiss the ghost? And once again why lie to everyone about except Beau because she caught you.
- did you notice how he was acting? REALLY UNHINGED!!! Like a villian.

And Beau keeps taking his side i just dont get it.

Matt definitely seems to have it out for Taliesin. Or at least be playing favorites. His narrative shifted with Jamedi's sleeping arrangements and undead status, making Caduceus and Jester venerable when he should have been more perceptive to threats since he wouldn't need to sleep and had chosen to sleep outside the fine when invited originally.

It's funny but Jester always seems to come out better than her fellow party members as well.

I think it's neat how Taliesin puts pieces of his characters into his appearance. His nails are gray like Caduceus' skin, and he dyed his hair pink.

I hope there's a Macho Man Randy Savage throwaway joke in the Mighty Nein series now that I'm seeing this Yuan-Ti versus Lizardpeople fight. My only real remaining memory of watching wrestling when I was younger was him shouting in one of his promos, something along the lines of, "JUST WAIT UNTIL I GET THESE 12" PYTHONS AROUND YOUR NECK, HOO-YEEUHH!!"

marisha in between constant state of not paying attention and wanting to be involved in absolultey everything in this episode is super frustrating
